The Elite Core Workout, in the latest edition of Runner’s World. Some of the exercises felt very strange, so hopefully that means they were working areas that need working.
Sometimes I do think it would just be easier to go for a run.

I find it nearly always easier to go for the run! Well done for giving it a ago, your joints and muscles will thank you…eventually, once the soreness wears off!
