After Monday’s excitement, today was back to work, and I was back to a 60 second plank just before bed.
There’s nothing like collapsing into bed with shaky arms and a quivering core!

Day 18. Um. Think I managed a 60 second plank. That’s it.
Day 5 and I’ve reached the emergency Janathon plank already. This is not good, but still too sniffly to think of anything else. So a 1 minute plank in the morning, and another in the evening.
Boring, but job done.
Full of cold. Haven’t had a cold for a very long time, so wallowing in self pity. Not good for the penultimate day of Janathon, but in the spirit of hanging on to the bitter end I attempted a pyjama plank before bed.
A feeble 41 seconds and I had to give up because my nose was dripping onto the floor. Glamorous.
Plank for one minute,
Pathetic effort today.
Blog even crapper.
Today I have been decorating. All day. Much painting, much climbing up and down ladders, much diningof tea. I have also been gallivanting, at Mr B&T’s Cycling Club’s Annual dinner. Despite being very short on time even I realised I’d be pushing my luck if I tried to claim either of those as my Janathon activity for the day. So in a fit of keenness I managed a plank for 1 minute 30 seconds just before I put my party frock on.
That’ll have to do!
